How To Change the Homepage H1 Logo Tag in Shopify

I noticed that my homepage had more than one H1 tag, which is not good according to SEO best practice.

Upon further looking, I also noticed that the additional H1 tag was associated with the logo image.

I then decided to change it to H2-H6 by following this step-by-step process:

1. From the Shopify admin, click on Online Store. This will default to Themes

2. Click on the three dots (...) next to the Customize button

3. Select Edit Code from the dropdown menu

4. In the next screen, under Layout select header.liquid

5. Finally, replace the <h1> and </h1> tags with another tag h2-h6 (I used h6)
